  1. Brush Two For Two! Up your brushing game. If you only brush once a day, add an additional time. If you’re already brushing twice daily, increase the time you brush to two minutes each time.
  2. Do The Floss! Not everyone is able to use regular floss easily. Get a package of pre-strung floss picks to get between your teeth. Swipe the string over both tooth surfaces, front and back. Aim to do this every day.
  3. Rinse and Repeat. If you’re brushing and flossing the way you should, add a rinse before you go to bed. Rinsing with an alcohol free, anti-microbial mouthwash will give your mouth a break from bacteria while you sleep.
