Searching For A Dentist?

If you are new to the area or just looking for a new dentist (or doctor, chimneysweep, lawncare, or place to eat!), you probably pull up the search function on your phone and look for a dentist close to your home.

“OK, Google.  Find a dentist near my home!”

A whole slew of listings will pop up, but how do you know who do you pick?  You don’t know these doctors, and you don’t have many friends in the area if you’re new. The list is long; how do you decide?

Twinkle Twinkle

The stars in the Google, Yelp!, or Facebook reviews are sometimes the only way to tell whether the professional you are researching is well respected and has good customer service.

Think about it: if you see a 2 star review with no explanation and a 5 star review with no explanation for a location that is just as close, you’ll definitely choose the 5 star.  And if the choice is for a five star location or a five star location with a glowing review, you’ll most likely lean toward the glowing review. You might also look for reviews that have an owner response to see how the owner responds to negative reviews.

Does It Affect Encino Dental Studio?

Yes!  Your reviews can help our business grow!  When you leave a positive review for us on Google, Yelp, or in the testimonial section of our webpage, you let others know that we are a great dentist’s office and that they can trust us for excellent care.

If you have experienced exemplary dental care at our Encino location, we ask that you take a few moments and leave a review for us in Google or on our website.  This will help new patients find the best service available. There’s no greater compliment that we can receive from our patients than for them to refer their family and friends!
